We usually reply within a few working days. We do not have a phone line or an office open to visitors, so email is the only way to reach the team.
Reporting a wrong figure
If a result does not match your bill, notice or result card, please tell us. A good report lets us find the problem quickly. Include these three things:
- The page. The name or web address of the calculator you used.
- Your inputs. What you entered, such as your monthly salary, units used, sanctioned load, marks or grades.
- The official figure. What your bill, tax notice, result card or admission notice says. A photo or copy of the relevant lines helps a lot. Please cover your account number, CNIC and any other personal details before you send it.
We check each report against the rule the page follows. If we made a mistake, we correct it and update the page's review date.
Other messages
You can also write to suggest a calculator, point out a typing error or ask how a figure was worked out. We cannot give personal tax, legal or admission advice. For that, please speak to a tax adviser, the relevant office or the university's admissions staff.
