Punjab: Rs 500 for each category on the permit. Islamabad: Rs 1,000 for six months.
Renewal
Punjab charges the same yearly fee plus courier, and a fine if you are late: half a year's fee at 1 to 3 months, a full year's fee at 3 months to 1 year, and two and a half times the yearly fee at one year. The Punjab page has the full fine table.

Punjab: Rs 100 to Rs 200 plus Rs 480 courier. Islamabad: Rs 3,000.
International licence
Punjab issues it for 1 or 3 years at the category's yearly fee. A car licence for 3 years is Rs 4,050 plus Rs 480 courier, Rs 4,530.
