The levy for US$100 to 200 phones is the 2022 figure. A cut was reported for 2026-27 but the new amount was not published clearly.

PTA tax on a used iPhone 11 is about Rs 14,319 on passport and Rs 16,159 on CNIC for a filer. FBR's used-phone ruling 2070/2026 values it at US$133, which puts it in the US$100 to 200 slab.

This slab got the most relief in the 2026-27 budget. Regulatory duty fell from Rs 7,500 to Rs 6,000 and withholding tax from Rs 930 to Rs 100. Under the 2025-26 rates the same phone would have cost about Rs 16,089 on passport and Rs 19,630 on CNIC.

On passport: value Rs 36,882, sales tax 18% of Rs 42,882 = Rs 7,719, plus Rs 6,000 duty and Rs 600 levy.

The levy figure for this slab

The mobile levy for phones worth US$100 to 200 was set at Rs 600 in 2022. In June 2026 ProPakistani reported that the budget cut it, but printed the new figure as Rs 20 and noted it might be a typo. Until the Finance Act 2026 text confirms it, the calculator keeps Rs 600. If the levy was cut, the totals above fall by up to Rs 600.

The filer or non-filer question hardly matters for the iPhone 11. Withholding tax in this slab is Rs 100, or Rs 200 for a non-filer.

The new-phone ruling 1999/2025 values a new iPhone 11 128GB at US$346. Apple's 2019 launch price for 64GB, US$699, is shown only for comparison; few people will be assessed on that basis now.

From US$95 to US$133

In January 2026 FBR's used-phone ruling put the iPhone 11 at US$95, in the US$30 to 100 slab. On passport that would be about Rs 7,774 at 2026-27 rates and Rs 277.31 to the dollar. The April 2026 ruling raised it to US$133, into the next slab, which roughly doubles the tax to Rs 14,319.
