FBR values a used iPhone 14 Pro at exactly US$350, so PTA tax is about Rs 29,629 on passport and Rs 35,174 on CNIC for a filer. The value is from Valuation Ruling 2070/2026 of 21 April 2026.
US$350 is the top of the US$200 to 350 slab. The 14 Pro is inside it, with Rs 8,800 regulatory duty and a Rs 1,800 levy. One dollar more and it would move to the next slab.
One dollar from the next slab
| Passport | US$350 (used 14 Pro) | US$351 |
|---|---|---|
| Regulatory duty | Rs 8,800 | Rs 12,000 |
| Sales tax 18% | Rs 19,029 | Rs 19,655 |
| Mobile levy | Rs 1,800 | Rs 4,000 |
| Total | Rs 29,629 | Rs 35,655 |
A single dollar would add about Rs 6,000 on passport. On CNIC, withholding tax would also jump from Rs 970 to Rs 5,000. So any rise in its value at the next used-phone ruling would move it up a slab. Check the value printed on your PSID.

A new 14 Pro starts just over US$700
The new 128GB 14 Pro is valued at US$721, only US$21 above the US$700 line where the levy doubles to Rs 16,000. Its passport tax is Rs 87,913. At US$700 the same phone would pay Rs 78,459.
Bigger storage only adds sales tax, since every new 14 Pro is in the top slab. A 1TB set comes to Rs 111,173 on passport.
From US$290 to US$350
January's ruling 2035/2026 valued the used 14 Pro at US$290. The April rise to US$350 stayed within the same slab, so only sales tax went up: Rs 26,639 became Rs 29,629 on passport at today's rates.
A used 14 Pro Max is valued at US$413, so it already pays the higher slab; see the iPhone 14 Pro Max PTA tax.
Checking a used 14 Pro
US models of the iPhone 14 Pro have no SIM tray and run on eSIM only. Most others take a nano-SIM plus eSIM, and Chinese, Hong Kong and Macao sets take two nano-SIMs. Dial *#06#, note both IMEIs and send each to 8484.
