Air University awards letter grades for undergraduate courses using relative grading, so there is no fixed marks table to apply. Pick the letter you got in each course. A is 4.00, A- is 3.67, B+ is 3.33 and so on down to D at 1.00, and the calculator works out your GPA.
Air University has no D+ grade. The scale goes straight from C- (1.67) to D (1.00).
How Air University grading works
Chapter 4 of the AU Academic Regulations (revised November 2021) says undergraduate courses are graded on a relative basis. Your letter depends on where your total sits in the class, not on a fixed cut-off. A 72 could be a B in one section and a B+ in another.
The same chapter gives an absolute scale, used for graduate courses and as a recommended guide: A 85 to 100, A- 80 to 84.99, B+ 75 to 79.99, B 70 to 74.99, B- 65 to 69.99, C+ 60 to 64.99, C 50 to 59.99, and F below 50. Do not assume it applies to your undergraduate result.

Semester GPA = 39.67 ÷ 13 = 3.05.
Now say your CGPA before this semester was 1.90 over 33 credit hours. Earlier quality points are 62.70. Add 39.67 to get 102.37, then divide by 46. Your CGPA becomes 2.23, back above the 2.00 line. A strong semester has a big effect early on because your credit hour total is still small.

How is GPA calculated at Air University?
Air University divides earned grade points by total credit hours. For each course, multiply the letter's point value by the credit hours, add them up, then divide by the semester's credit hours. For CGPA, do the same across all semesters.
Does Air University use relative grading?

Is there a D+ grade at Air University?
No. The AU scale runs A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, C, C-, D and F. After C- (1.67) the next grade is D (1.00). Some other universities, such as CUST, do have D+ at 1.33.
