FESCO is the Faisalabad Electric Supply Company. It serves Faisalabad, Sargodha, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Mianwali, Bhakkar and Khushab. The tariff is the national uniform one, so the main things that change a FESCO bill are your units and your sanctioned load.

How sanctioned load changes a FESCO bill
Fixed charges are billed per kW of sanctioned load, not per house. Many bigger homes in Faisalabad have a load of 3 kW or more, so this line matters.

A sanctioned load of 5 kW or more normally means a time of use (peak and off-peak) meter, which has different rates. This calculator is for loads under 5 kW.
FESCO unit rate and adjustments
FESCO base rates are the same as every other company's. See them on the unit price page. Each unit also carries:
- fuel adjustment: Rs 2.0581 (July 2026, on September bills)
- quarterly adjustment: Rs 0.5194 (September to November 2026)
- debt service surcharge: Rs 3.23
FESCO's area is in Punjab, where homes were exempted from electricity duty by a 2025 law. A Punjab bill from April 2026 still showed duty at 1.5%, so match the duty box to your own bill.
Reading your FESCO bill
The units consumed and sanctioned load are both printed on the bill. The load is in kW. If your bill shows the FPA or QTA per unit, you can type them into the adjustment boxes. The reference number is for paying and complaints; the calculator does not need it.

How do I find my sanctioned load?
It is printed on your FESCO bill in kW, near your connection details. Fixed charges are that number times the slab rate, for example 2 kW × Rs 400 = Rs 800 in the 301 to 400 slab.
Can I lower my FESCO fixed charges?
Fixed charges follow the sanctioned load recorded for your connection, and the slab your units fall in. Using fewer units can move you to a lower slab with a lower per kW rate. Changing the recorded load is a matter to raise with FESCO directly.
How much is a 400 unit FESCO bill?
About Rs 21,168 for an unprotected 2 kW home at September 2026 rates, including duty and GST. At 401 units it rises to about Rs 22,651, as every unit moves to Rs 38.95.
