A used iPhone 13 Pro costs about Rs 26,783 in PTA tax on passport and Rs 31,581 on CNIC for a filer. FBR's used-phone ruling 2070/2026 values it at US$293, one figure for every storage size, and that puts it in the US$200 to 350 slab.
That is one slab below its bigger sibling. A used 13 Pro Max is valued at US$374, where the regulatory duty, levy and withholding tax are all higher; see the iPhone 13 Pro Max PTA tax.

A sealed 13 Pro is a different bill
Ruling 1999/2025 covers new iPhones. Even the 128GB 13 Pro is valued above US$500 there, so it pays 25% sales tax and Rs 17,600 duty: Rs 71,454 on passport, against Rs 26,783 for a used set. The 512GB and 1TB sets go over US$700 and pay the Rs 16,000 levy.
Ruling 2070/2026 is the one for old and used phones, activated at least six months before they were shipped. Customs decides which value applies when the PSID is made, so check the value printed on yours.
Up from US$225 in January
FBR's January 2026 ruling 2035/2026 put a used 13 Pro at US$225. The April ruling raised it to US$293. Both values sit in the US$200 to 350 slab, so only the sales tax moved. At the same exchange rate the passport tax is Rs 23,395 at the old value and Rs 26,783 now, about Rs 3,400 more.
