PTA tax on a OnePlus 13 works out at about Rs 100,268 on passport and Rs 124,222 on CNIC for a filer, taking OnePlus's US launch price of US$899.99 for the 12GB+256GB model. A non-filer on CNIC pays about Rs 135,722.

OnePlus launched the phone on 7 January 2025. FBR's used-phone ruling 2070/2026 stops at the OnePlus 12, and FBR has issued no ruling for new non-Apple phones since December 2023, so customs set the value that appears on your PSID.

OnePlus 13 next to the OnePlus 12 and 12R

Phone and value Passport CNIC, filer
OnePlus 13, launch price US$899.99 Rs 100,268 Rs 124,222
OnePlus 12, used, US$211 Rs 22,695 Rs 26,421
OnePlus 12R, used, US$176 Rs 16,447 Rs 18,846

The gap is wide because the rows use different kinds of value. The OnePlus 12 figures are FBR's values for used phones; the OnePlus 13 figure is a new phone's launch price, which puts it in the top slab with a Rs 17,600 regulatory duty and a Rs 16,000 levy. A used 12 is in the US$200 to 350 slab and the 12R one slab lower.

Indian, Chinese or global set

The duty and tax rates are the same wherever the phone was bought. What can change is the value. A set bought in India or China for less may be assessed at a lower value, and the PSID shows the value customs used. If it is not US$899.99, choose "Enter value in US$" and type it.

The line to watch is US$700. At or below it the phone drops to the US$500 to 700 slab and the levy halves to Rs 8,000: a US$700 value comes to Rs 78,431 on passport. The regulatory duty and the 25% sales tax rate stay the same until the value is US$500 or less.

OnePlus 13 PTA tax questions

How much is OnePlus 13 PTA tax on passport?

About Rs 100,268 at US$899.99 and Rs 276.75 to the dollar. That is Rs 17,600 regulatory duty, Rs 66,668 sales tax at 25% and a Rs 16,000 levy, with no withholding tax or additional customs duty.

What is OnePlus 13 PTA tax on CNIC?

About Rs 124,222 for a filer and Rs 135,722 for a non-filer. CNIC adds Rs 9,963 additional customs duty at 4% and Rs 11,500 withholding tax, and the sales tax is charged on the duty too.

Is PTA tax different for the Indian variant of the OnePlus 13?

The rates are not. Duty, sales tax, withholding tax and levy depend only on the value and the route. An Indian set may be assessed at a different value from the US launch price, and the PSID shows that value. Enter it in the calculator to see the exact working.

Why is there no FBR value for the OnePlus 13?

FBR's used-phone ruling of April 2026 lists OnePlus models only up to the OnePlus 12, valued at US$211 used. Its last ruling for new non-Apple phones, 1834/2023, came out more than a year before the OnePlus 13 was launched. Customs therefore set the value under section 25 of the Customs Act.

Is OnePlus 13 PTA tax higher than the Galaxy S24?

Yes, at the two launch prices: Rs 100,268 on passport for the OnePlus 13 against Rs 93,349 for the S24. Both are above US$700, so the difference is sales tax on the extra value.

Every figure uses the US$899.99 launch price for the 12GB+256GB model, the rates in force from 1 July 2026 and Rs 276.75 per US dollar (30 October 2026). It is a guide; the PSID from DIRBS decides what you pay.
