The engine size does not change the transfer fee, so a 125cc bike of the same age also costs Rs 3,410. There is no section 231B advance tax on a motorcycle up to 200cc, so filer status does not matter here.

In Punjab the total falls by Rs 150 a year because the lifetime token is re-charged at Rs 1,500 less 10% for each year. From ten years on no token is charged, so the cost settles at Rs 910 plus Rs 1,300, which is Rs 2,210. Sindh charges only its Rs 500 transfer fee.
How the Punjab fee changed
Punjab's motorcycle transfer fee was Rs 550 until July 2025, when it rose 10% to Rs 605. The Excise department's 2026-27 motor vehicle tax page now lists Rs 910, which is Rs 605 raised by half, in line with the 50% rise in transfer fees reported on 1 July 2026. One older page on the same website still shows Rs 550; we use the page that carries the 2026-27 rates.

Why the token is charged again
Punjab motorcycles pay a one-time lifetime token of Rs 1,500 instead of a yearly token. When a bike changes hands within ten years of first registration, the new owner pays it again with a rebate of 10% for each financial year: the full Rs 1,500 in the first year, Rs 750 at five years and nothing after ten. The smart card is charged because a new card is printed in the buyer's name.
Islamabad, KP and Balochistan motorcycle transfer fees could not be confirmed from their departments' own schedules, so the calculator shows no fee for them. Any bank or e-Sahulat service charge is extra. Your excise challan is final.
