These calculators use published clinical formulas and name the method on every page, so you can check the working or show it to your doctor. They give estimates, not diagnoses.
For weight, start with the BMI calculator. It shows the WHO international categories and the lower WHO Asian cut-offs of 23 and 27.5 that suit Pakistani adults, and takes height in feet and inches. The calorie calculator turns a weight goal into a daily target, and the ideal weight calculator and body fat calculator give a second view.
For pregnancy and cycles, the pregnancy calculator gives your due date and week from your last period, conception or IVF transfer. The ovulation calculator and period calculator project the coming months. For kidney function, the eGFR calculator uses the CKD-EPI 2021 equation.

Common questions
Why does the BMI calculator show two categories?
WHO uses 25 and 30 as the overweight and obesity cut-offs worldwide, but found that Asian populations face higher risks of diabetes and heart disease at lower BMIs. It suggested 23 and 27.5 as action points for Asians. Both are shown so you can see where you stand on each.
Can I use these calculators for children?
Mostly no. BMI for anyone under 18 is judged on growth charts for age and sex, so the calculator shows the number but no category. The calorie and eGFR calculators are for adults only. Ask a doctor to check a child's growth.
How accurate is a due date calculator?
It follows the same rule doctors use, 280 days from the first day of the last period, adjusted for cycle length. An early scan is more accurate, and most babies arrive between 37 and 42 weeks. Once you have a scan date, enter it to track your weeks.
